Individual or Group Registration

  • Please select the individual or group registration option and enter name details below to start and press 'next'.
  • Group registrations:
    • If you are registering a group, but not attending yourself, tick the box below. As the group contact you will receive the invoice/receipt and be cc'd on all group confirmation emails
    • On the next page, you will start the registration for the Delegate 1.
    • If registering a group, in the summary page, click the 'Register' button next to Delegate 2's name.
    • Repeat this process until you have registered all the delegates in your group.
    • When you have completed all the registrations for your group, you will be able to review the selections in the summary page, and edit if needed.
    • One invoice will be raised for group registrations.
    • Delegate 1 will be considered the main contact for group registrations, unless you have ticked the 'I am not attending box'. They will receive the invoice/receipt etc.
  • Organisational members registration conditions
    • Staff who are Individual Members should register as Individual Members.
    • ONE staff member who is NOT an Individual Member is eligible to register as an Individual Member using the Organisational Membership four-digit member number.
    • Subsequent staff who are NOT Individual Members should register as Organisational Member staff to automatically receive an organisational member discount.
  • Full time Student registration conditions: For their registration to be valid, students must provide proof of their full-time student status to conference@aes.asn.au. Should proof not be provided we reserve the right to charge for the difference between the student and non-student registration, and cancel the registration should the full fee not be paid.

Should your registration as an organisational staff member not be valid we will charge for the difference between the relevant rates, and reserve the right to cancel your registration should the full fee not be paid.
